I take food, people and travel photography, both still and in action, for digital platforms or print material.
I'm married to the James-Beard-Award-winning chef, Jody Adams, and we have a photo-intensive blog devoted to home cooking called The Garum Factory (www.thegarumfactory.net). As you might imagine, I am often found photographing food and the people involved in one way or another with it - farmers, fisherman and a raft of cooks, both professional and amateur. Basically, all the people who make up the food world.
Beyond the realm of restaurants, my people photography includes head shot and portrait work, street photography, and documenting people in their work environments. I particularly like photographing people who make things.
Once or twice a year Jody and I travel abroad, which I photograph. Most recently we visited Tanzania, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.
A limited number of my street and travel photos are available as fine art prints, on paper or aluminum. Please email if you're interested in a specific photo.
If you'd like to talk about a portrait, or how I can help show your business or establishment in its most appealing light, please contact me: firstname.lastname@example.org or 617-721-6109, where you can leave a message. Include a name, phone number or and best time of the day to reach you. I'm always happy to discuss a project, including time and cost, for no obligation.
